About The Owner

Stacy Stepherson, RN, BSN

Born in California, Stacy Stepherson has always loved taking care of others. She has an extensive history of caring for people, predominantly within the senior community. She has 30+ years of working within the senior population, which has made her very knowledgeable in this field.

Stacy started her nursing journey right out of high school, working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with seniors at an assisted living facility. This is where she learned the foundation of administering quality care to residents. As a CNA, she assisted residents with their daily activities such as: bathing, dressing, and assisting with feeding, as well as being a great companion. When she quickly mastered her CNA duties, she decided to go back to school to further her nursing career.

In 1994, she graduated as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and continued working with seniors at an assisted living facility. This is where she mastered medication usage and disease monitoring. She loved the fact that after furthering her education, she was able to care for residents on a more advanced level.

In order to progress her education and patient care skills, she decided to go back to school to become a Registered Nurse (RN). She graduated as an RN in 1999 and ventured out to work in an acute unit in the hospital. After several years of working in the hospital, Stacy ultimately left the hospital and found her way back to her passion of working with seniors. She worked at Budd Terrace of Emory for 10 years, where she became the weekend supervisor. She supervised 160 bed unit and a complete nursing team. She then ventured out into the community as a home health nurse, bringing ministry to those patients who were too ill to leave their homes. Stacy has been working in the community visiting elderly residents in their homes and senior living facilities for 12 years, and she enjoys every bit of it.

In 2018, she went back to school and received her Bachelor of Science degree. Her next goal will be to pursue her Nurse Practitioner Degree with an emphasis in geriatrics.
